Meticulously updated and move-in ready, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-level home sits on a 0.19-acre lot in Phoenix's Ponderosa Homes North neighborhood (85023). Major mechanical upgrades offer real peace of mind: a roof replaced approximately seven years ago, a four-year-old A/C system, energy-efficient windows installed two years ago, a high-efficiency water heater replaced two years ago, and brand-new attic wiring completed this summer with two new ceiling fans. Inside the 1,410-square-foot layout, popcorn ceilings have been removed, fresh paint brightens every room, and new flooring was installed in the bedrooms and bathrooms last year.
The primary suite features a remodeled shower completed two years ago. Step outside to a covered back patio opening onto a generously sized, gated backyard with desert landscaping — ready for entertaining, pets, or play. The attached 2-car garage adds everyday storage and parking.
This North Phoenix location offers convenient access to I-17 for commuting across the Valley, with Thunderbird High School and the Glendale Union High School District nearby. A thoroughly refreshed single-level home ready for its next chapter.
This stretch of north-central Phoenix sits in the Moon Mountain neighborhood off 19th Avenue, a short drive from the shops, restaurants, and movie theater at Deer Valley Towne Center and the desert hiking trails of Thunderbird Conservation Park to the west. Everyday needs — grocery and pharmacy — are handled within a few minutes, while regional attractions and recreation complexes are all within a roughly 20-minute radius.
