MaxMyListing is a product of Thunderbird Agency, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), provided in connection with Agent Power Ups. You can reach us at Support@AgentPowerups.com.
When you use MaxMyListing — including the free MAX Listing Description tool — we may collect: the property address you enter, your name, email, phone, brokerage, and the property details and marketing answers you provide; account and authentication data handled by our sign-in provider (Clerk); and standard technical/usage data such as device, browser, and pages visited.
We use your information to generate and deliver your listing descriptions and related deliverables, create and manage your account, send the materials and updates you request (including the optional ~25-day Listing Refresh), provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with vendors who help us operate the service, including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), and Vercel (hosting), each only as needed to provide their function.
We retain listing, keyword, amenity, and related data per listing so we can regenerate deliverables and proof and reuse it for you later, unless you ask us to delete it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential emails at any time by contacting Support@AgentPowerups.com.
